Frequently-Asked Questions
===================================================================

  1.	WHERE ARE THE FILES?

This compilation only includes the files for Windows
Time Agent. The files are organized into two folders,
	AMD64 and i386.

  2.	WHERE ARE THE LICENSE KEYS?

Windows Time Agent is freeware, so you don't need a
	license key.

If you have installed an evaluation version of
Domain Time II component, and then remove it, Windows
Time Agent will be removed, too (unless you had
	Windows Time Agent installed first).

You may reinstall Windows Time Agent without
reinstalling any other Domain Time II components.

  3.	WHAT OPERATING SYSTEMS ARE SUPPORTED?

Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003, and Vista only.
On Windows 2000, the Agent portion doesn't work, so
Windows Time Agent is just a Control Panel applet.

On XP and above, Windows Time Agent is both a
Windows Time Control Panel applet and an agent.

On XP and above, both x86 (32-bit) and x64 (64-bit)
	are supported directly.

  4.	HOW DO I GET SUPPORT?

First check the online documentation. It is very thorough,
	and we update it frequently.

If you need additional support, see SUPPORT.TXT for
contact information. We are happy to take your phone
	calls or email.
